7th CMAPSEEC
Dear colleagues and friends,
The Association for Medicinal and Aromatic Plants of
Southeast European Countries (AMAPSEEC) & Institute for Medicinal Plant
Research “Dr Josif Pančić”, Belgrade, are organizing the 7th Conference on
Medicinal and Aromatic Plants of Southeast European Countries (7th CMAPSEEC),
in hotel “Patria”, Subotica (Serbia), from May 27-30, 2012.
The 1st CMAPSEEC was organized by the Institute for Medicinal Plant Research
“Dr Josif Pančić” Belgrade and the Federal Institute for Plant and Animal
Genetic Resources, in Aranđelovac (FR Yugoslavia), in the year 2000.
Following 12 years and 6 successful conferences conducted each time in
different country (the 2nd in Slovakia, the 3rd in Greece, the 4th in
Romania, the 5th in Czech Republic and the 6th in Turkey), we are proud to
be the host of the 7th Conference, here in Serbia.
The AMAPSEEC is the first regional association that gathers people, who are
interested in MAPs or are working in this filed, and it promotes and
supports exchange of ideas and cooperation in the entire MAP sector in the
region of South East Europe and even wider. Together with the Institute for
Medicinal Plant Research “dr Josif Pančić“ Belgrade, the AMAPSEC cordially
invites all those interested in the field of medicinal and aromatic plants
to participate in the meeting and to exchange their interests, experiences
and expertise among themselves and with us!
